1.How to deal with, If the item is not delivered to your satisfaction?
1 - Unsatisfied (Solve a problem)
1.1 If you are not satisfied with your dresses or clothing, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
1.2 please attach some pictures of the dresses or clothing that you are unsatisfied with. and we will discuss internally if this was our mistake.
1.3 If this was our mistake, we will add a free dress for you (of the same price) on your next order.
1.4 All process takes about 3-7 business days.
2 - Returning products
2. If you are not satisfied and want to qualify for a refund or or exchange of goods.
2.1 All items must be in original condition.
2.2 All shipping costs are for the buyer, and calculation by weight.
2.3 In order to compensate, we are willing to give you a discount on future orders.
