Bell sleeves are in right now and are super cute on this dress. The colors are very vintage and I love it. The length is perfect. I will wear it with a pair of leggings and ankle boots. It is a bit tight under the arm. I will definitely wear it!

The fit is great and you can dress it up or down however you like.
