Im 5’4- 140Lbs I purchased the medium but my husband thinks I should of gone with small- I’ll wear this to the office and I don’t want it tight or too short. It is on the short side so I’ll wear a lower to medium heel. I may try size small in another color. But the fit in medium is perfect for now.
