As slip wearing seems to be important to some reviewers, I will say that the white floral one I bought does require a slip in my opinion, but that does not seem surprising for a light colored dress. The cut through the shoulders is narrow and the sleeves are for someone with bony arms, all of which I am not! Now that I know, I can order another one and size it accordingly. I took a chance ordering this dress online because I usually never do. I have to go into the store and try on so I can fit this wonderfully, unique, have-to-see-it body of mine.
